This delicious radish recipe finally gives us a replacement for a crispy snack that satisfies our desire and we don’t feel guilty eating! Feel free to sprinkle on any spices you like to mix up the flavor. We stuck with the classic salt and pepper, but who knows what combinations are out there? 16 Oz Fresh Radishes
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 Tsp Sea salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper


1 - Radishes in a bowl.

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Using a mandolin or knife, carefully slice radishes into thin slices. Add slices to a small bowl.
2 - Toss radishes in oil.

Toss radish slices in oil until they are evenly coated.
3 - Radishes in metal oven sheet.

Spread radish slices onto a baking sheet so that they do not overlap.
4 - Salt and pepper the radishes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake chips for approximately 12-15 minutes, or slightly longer for extra crispiness.
6 - Use dipping sauce for radishes.

Serve with a side of LFLC Thousand Island Dressing.
7 - Serve radishes on platter.
