A healthy way to snack with a surprising crisp taste!

This delicious radish recipe finally gives us a replacement for a crispy snack that satisfies our desire and we don’t feel guilty eating! Feel free to sprinkle on any spices you like to mix up the flavor. We stuck with the classic salt and pepper, but who knows what combinations are out there? 16 Oz Fresh Radishes
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 Tsp Sea salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper


1 - Radishes in a bowl.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Thinly slice radishes with a knife or mandolin and place in a bowl.
2 - Toss radishes in oil.

Toss with oil.
3 - Radishes in metal oven sheet.

Place radishes onto baking sheet in a single layer.
4 - Salt and pepper the radishes.

Add salt and pepper over the slices.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached.
6 - Use dipping sauce for radishes.

Serve with LFLC Thousand Island Dressing or another great dip.
7 - Serve radishes on platter.
