Did you know?

Like so much other seafood, crab is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, necessary for the development and continued health of brain tissues. Crab, however, contains long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids, which can be used by our bodies immediately unlike their short-chain counterparts. Additionally, crab is a fantastic source of protein, not only in terms of sheer quantity, but also due to the lack of connective tissue. It’s a delicious and easy-to-digest source of protein, making it great for all ages!
