This rabbit with vegetables and spinach shirataki noodles recipe is a definite palate pleaser
7 Oz Rabbit, cubed
1/2 Cup Cherry tomatoes, confit
1/2 Cup Bell pepper, diced
1 Cup Tomato, thinly sliced
1 Cup Shirataki spinach noodles
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
In a hot non-stick pan, add the grape seed oil, rabbit, salt and pepper; let it sear for a couple of minutes.
Now, add the cherry tomatoes, tomatoes and bell peppers; let it sear again for approximately three minutes.
Lastly, add the spinach noodles and remove from heat once noodles are heated.
