7 Oz Rabbit tenderloin
3 Oz Chicken stock
1 Cup Zucchini, sliced
1/2 Cup Tomato, sliced
1/2 Cup Green onion
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

Before cooking the rabbit, add sea salt and pepper.

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil, rabbit; let sear.

Now, add green onion, tomato, zucchini and 2 oz of chicken stock; let sear for approximately seven to ten minutes.

Lastly, add Dijon mustard, 1 oz of chicken stock and parsley.
