INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Chicken, cubed
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Tsp Ginger, minced
1/2 Tsp Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Tsp Chili pepper, minced
2 Cup Asparagus, blanched & chopped
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

To start, take out your non-stick pan and place it over medium heat. Add your grape seed oil to the pan, then add your cubed chicken. Cook your chicken until it is seared.

Once the chicken is seared, add your garlic, ginger, cilantro, and chili pepper. Let cook for a couple of minutes.

Finally, add your chopped asparagus to the chicken and season to taste, and voila!
