INGREDIENTS

4 Eggs, sliced in two
2 Cup boston lettuce
1 Cup Red bell peppers, diced
2 Tbsp Smoked paprika dressing

DIRECTIONS

Begin by adding the bell peppers and the halved quail eggs to a bowl.

Drizzle the smoked paprika dressing on top of the peppers and eggs.

Gently mix the ingredients in the bowl until they are evenly covered in dressing.

Place the Boston lettuce on a plate, and add the ingredients from the bowl on top.

Ready to serve!
