7 Oz Duck, sautéed and thinly sliced
2 Cup Leeks, thinly sliced
2 Cup Chicken stock
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
- Start by heating up a non-stick pan. Once it's hot, add your leeks.
- Make sure not to overcook the leeks to the point that they color. You want them to reduce and become soft.
- Add a pinch of salt and fresh pepper, then add the duck.
- Quickly add the broth and allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.
