This is an easy, tasty pork tenderloin recipe with Garam Masala

INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 Oz Chicken stock
1 Cup Oyster mushrooms
1 Cup Yellow zucchini, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Garam masala
1 Tbsp Chives
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

Glaze pork with garam masala 20 minutes before cooking.

In a hot non-stick pan, add the grape seed oil and pork; let sear for a couple of minutes.

Now, add the mushrooms, zucchinis, and chicken stock; let it cook for three to four minutes.

Lastly, add in the chives.

Ready to serve!
