A delicious combination of pork ragout with mushrooms in one recipe!

INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Pork tenderloin
3 Oz Vegetable coulis
1 Cup Chanterelle mushrooms
1/2 Cup Shiitake mushrooms
1/2 Cup Oyster mushrooms
2 Tbsp Parsley
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil, mushrooms sea salt and pepper; let sear for approximately 2 minutes.

When the mushrooms are well seared, add 1 tbsp of parsley and set aside on a plate.

In the same hot non-stick pan, add pork, sea salt and pepper; let sear for a couple of minutes.

Lastly, add vegetable coulis with 1 tbsp of parsley.

Ready to serve!
