An easy and healthier pork recipe with mushroom fricassee

INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Pork tenderloin, cubed
1 1/2 Cup King oyster mushrooms, sliced
1 Cup Tomato, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Pickled ginger
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil, pork, sea salt and pepper; let sear.

When the pork is seared on both sides, set aside on a plate.

In the same hot non-stick pan, add mushrooms, tomatoes and pickled ginger. 

step #4

When the mushrooms are well seared, put the pork back in the pan for approximately two minutes.

step #5

Ready to serve!
