Spice up this pork medallion recipe with garlic purée!
7 Oz Pork tenderloin
2 Cup Zucchini, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Garlic puree
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
Before cooking the pork, add sea salt and pepper.
In a hot non-stick pan, add oil and pork; let sear.
Now, add garlic purée on top of the pork. Lastly, add zucchini; let cook.
