INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Pork, seasoned with smoked paprika
1 Cup Cherry tomatoes, blanched
1 Cup Brussels sprouts, blanched
2 Elephant garlic, baked
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil, pork, sea salt and pepper, let sear.

Now, add the brussels sprouts and garlic.
