Try this peanut butter and maple syrup beef saute recipe for dinner tonight!
7 Oz Beef flank steak, thinly sliced
1 Tsp Peanut butter, low fat low carb
3 Tsp Maple flavoured syrup, low fat low carb
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
1 Cup Yellow zucchini, sliced
1 Cup Celery, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Green onions, chopped
In a sealable bag mix together steak, peanut butter, maple flavored syrup, garlic and soy sauce; let marinate overnight or for 20 minutes.
In a hot non-stick pan, add marinated steak; sear. Then add celery and let cook.
Now, add zucchini; let cook. Cover until vegetables are tender.
Lastly, put on a plate and sprinkle with green onions.
