Did you know?

Even though scallops may not look like it, they are animals. They belong to the Phylum Mollusca group, which also includes snails, squid, oysters, and octopuses. One cool fact is that scallops are able to swim by clapping their shells together quickly, propelling them forward. Also, they have approximately 60 eyes to detect light, dark and motion!
