4 Fresh salmon, Fillets
2 Cup Cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp Olive oil
4 Cups Kale leaves, Chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, Chopped
Sea salt & pepper

Dressing - Sweet mustard glaze

2 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Sugar substitute
1 Tbsp Soy sauce, Low sodium
1 Tsp Red hot sauce, Optional
