1 Tsp Grape seed oil
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Cup Fresh okra, sliced
1 Tsp Ground coriander
1 Tsp Lemon juice, (1 to 2 tsp)
7 Oz Chicken breast, cubed
1 Cup Beef broth
1 Cup Tomatoes, cubed
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 Tbsp Fresh coriander

In a hot non-stick pan with grape seed oil, add garlic and okra; let cook (until no longer sticky).

Sprinkle in ground coriander and drizzle with lemon juice.

Now, add chicken; let sear.

Pour in broth, then add tomatoes, tomato paste, sea salt & pepper; let simmer until desired consistency.

Top with fresh coriander.
