But you don’t have to give up the salad! Our “No Potato” Salad packs in the flavor you’ve come to know and love but swaps the carb-heavy potatoes for delicious and nutritious cauliflower. Give it a try and keep this favorite in your menu!

2 Cup Cauliflower, steamed & Chopped
1/4 Cup Celery, diced
1/4 Cup White onion, diced
1 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
2 Egg, hard-boiled - shelled and diced
1 Dill pickle, chopped
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, non-fat, low carb
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 Tsp Sea salt
