Put a paleo twist on Tandoori-spiced chicken with this delicious recipe!
1 Tsp Garlic cloves, (1 to 2 tsp) minced
8 Oz Chicken, breasts or thighs
1 Cup Tomatoes, chopped
1 Tsp Coriander
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1/2 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise, (1 to 2 tbsp) low fat low carb
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
In a hot non-stick pan with grapeseed oil, add garlic; sauté.
Then, add chicken; let cook until no longer pink.
Now, add tomatoes; let simmer. Meanwhile, combine spices with mayonnaise and then pour onto cooked chicken; let simmer.
