Preheat oven to 375°F, in a hot non-stick pan with grapeseed oil, add beef garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; let cook. Once the beef is well cooked, strain with a colander and set aside. In the same hot non-stick pan, add celery, green onions, mushrooms, soy sauce sea salt and pepper; mix well and let cook. Then, pour in chicken stock; let cook for a minute or so. Then, add parsley; remove from heat. Lastly, in a oven safe dish, layer beef (press down), vegetables and mashed cauliflower. Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Ready to serve!

1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
7 Oz Ground beef
1/2 Cup Green onions, chopped
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1/2 Cup Cauliflower, blanched and mashed
1 Oz Chicken stock
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Soy sauce, (can be replaced with tamari)
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
