Nothing beats homemade chicken strips for a really satisfying meal, after all!

7 Oz Chicken, thinly sliced
1 Cup Fennel, thinly sliced
1 Cup Heart of palm
1 Tsp Onion powder
1/2 Cup Alfredo Sauce, low fat low carb

step #1

Heat up a non-stick pan and add in your thinly sliced chicken strips. Let them sear and cook, flipping to ensure both sides are cooked through.

step #2

Next, add in the thinly sliced (or julienned) fennel, and toss in a teaspoon of onion powder. Mix everything together to ensure even coverage with the onion powder.

step #3

Now it's time to add the Alfredo sauce. Pour it over the chicken and fennel, letting it simmer for approximately two minutes, stirring as needed. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of water or broth as needed.

step #4

Next, add the heart of palm. Heart of palm is a very fragile vegetable that takes very little heat to cook, so you'll want to keep an eye on the pan and remove it from heat the when the heart of palm is cooked.

step #5

Ready to serve!
