INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Pork loin, thinly sliced
1 Cup Baby spinach
1/2 Cup Celery, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup Tomatoes, diced
1 Tsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Tamari Sauce, low fat low carb

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan add pork, sauté.

Now, add celery; let cook 1 minute.

Add tomatoes, let cook and add garlic powder.

Lastly, add spinach for a few seconds and sprinkle with Tamari.
