INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Beef flank steak, with garlic and spices
1 Cup Zucchini, sliced
1/2 Cup Eggplant, sliced
1/2 Cup Tomato, sliced
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non stick pan, add oil and beef; let sear.

Now, add the eggplant slices to the pan.

When the beef is well seared, set aside on a plate.

Then, Add the zucchini slices and let simmer.

When the zucchini and eggplant slices are almost cooked, add the tomatoes.
