This low-fat mushroom soup is a great way to use your leftover beef! Put last night’s beef dinner to good use with this easy soup recipe.

7 Oz Beef, cooked
2 Cup Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 Cup Vegetable stock
1 Tbsp Garlic

Begin heating your non-stick pan, then add oil, mushrooms, sea salt, and pepper.

Once your mushrooms are seared, add garlic, vegetable stock, and beef. Let everything cook for a couple more minutes.

Note: Be careful that you do not burn the garlic.
