This low-fat omelette is perfect for when you need to make a quick meal but are still looking for a healthy option. It doesn’t matter the time of day, this easy low fat, low carb omelette recipe is the perfect meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

2 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp Garlic flower, chopped
Place your non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add your mushrooms, season with sea salt and pepper, and let them sear.
While they are searing, whisk your three eggs together in a separate bowl, and season the mixture with a little sea salt.
Once your mushrooms are well seared, add your egg mixture to the pan. Mix the mushrooms into the egg.
After giving everything a quick stir, sprinkle the top with garlic flower and let your omelette cook evenly.
Once your omelette is cooked to your desired texture, delicately roll your omelette off the pan.
