A healthy and simple mint chicken recipe!
Our red leaf salad recipe combines delicious vegetables and chicken with a hint of mint to deliver a unique taste. If you’re looking for an easy chicken salad recipe then you’ve come to the right place!
7 Oz Chicken, cooked & thinly sliced
1 Cup Cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 Cup Red leaf lettuce
1 Tbsp Fresh mint, chopped
1 Lime, juiced
1/4 Tsp Olive oil
On a medium sized plate, layer cucumbers, red leaf lettuce, chicken and mint leaves.
Drizzle salad with olive oil and lime juice.
Lastly, sprinkle salad with chili powder.
