Quick and easy burger bites are perfect for parties!

These mini cheeseburger bites cut out the carb-heavy buns and are perfect to serve at a party or gathering. INGREDIENTS

1 Pound Ground sirloin
1/2 Tsp Sea salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Egg

Toppings

12 Cherry tomatoes, Halved
1 Cup lettuce leaf, Chopped
4 Oz Cheddar, Cut into 24 thin slices
Dill pickles, Sliced into rounds

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, add ground sirloin, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix until all ingredients are combined.

Form your patties with a tablespoon – this should make approximately 24 mini-patties. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread out patties evenly. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Let ground sirloin cool off after baking

Once patties are cooked, remove from oven.
Decorate recipe with favorite toppings

Garnish burgers with toppings of your choice, using toothpicks to keep them together.
Add ketchup to recipe

Serve mini cheeseburgers with a side of sugar-free ketchup or our LFLC Thousand Island Dressing.
