Quick and easy burger bites are perfect for parties!

These mini cheeseburger bites cut out the carb-heavy buns and are perfect to serve at a party or gathering. Switch up the toppings for different flavors and tastes, and try serving with Thousand Island Dip for something truly amazing. 1 Pound Ground sirloin
1/2 Tsp Sea salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Egg


12 Cherry tomatoes, Halved
1 Cup lettuce leaf, Chopped
4 Oz Cheddar, Cut into 24 thin slices
Dill pickles, Sliced into rounds

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine the ground sirloin with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg in a bowl.

Use a tablespoon to help form your mini patties. Each patty should use around a tablespoon of your meat mixture; this recipe makes around 24 mini patties. Place your patties on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes.

Give the patties a moment to cool (but not too long, as you don’t want them cold) before handling.

Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings. Use a toothpick to hold them together.
