7 Oz Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 1/2 Cup Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Brussels sprouts, blanched and sliced

In a hot non-stick pan, add grape seed oil, pork, smoked sea salt, and pepper.
When the pork is half cooked, add the mushrooms and garlic.
