This minced pork loin with shiitake mushrooms recipe doesn't only look good, it tastes great!

INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Pork loin, thinly sliced
2 Oz Chicken stock
1 Cup Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 Cup Cauliflower, blanched
1 Tbsp Jamaican pepper
1 Tsp Green peppercorn
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non-stick pan, add grape seed oil, pork, sea salt and pepper.

Once pork is seared, add mushrooms, green peppercorn, cauliflower, Dijon mustard, chicken stock, and Jamaican pepper. Let simmer for couple of minutes.
