INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Kale, chopped
1 Cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
7 Oz Chicken, thinly sliced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Pinch Jalapeno, minced
1 Oz Honey dijon dressing, low fat/low carb

DIRECTIONS

Heat up a non-stick pan and add your chicken, letting it sear and cook evenly.

Once you've seared the chicken, toss in your fresh, chopped kale, letting it cook with the chicken. It'll pick up some of the flavor from the meat, an added bonus.

Stir in your minced garlic clove next along with the jalapeño pepper. Do what you can to incorporate these flavors throughout, as they're sure to add a ton of delicious taste.

Pour in your honey Dijon vinaigrette next, stirring it through gently.

Finally, add the cherry tomatoes, and let them heat gently.
