There's almost nothing better with a minced beef recipe than tomato and celery

INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Beef flank steak, minced with garlic
1 Cup Tomato, thinly sliced
1 Cup Celery, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a hot non stick pan, add oil, beef, celery, sea salt and pepper. Let sear.

When the beef is well seared, add tomatoes and chives.

Ready to serve!
