This Mexican-style pork recipe has the perfect amount of garlic and jicama

7 Oz Pork tenderloin
1 Jalapeno, chopped
1 Elephant garlic, roasted
1 Cup Eggplant, cooked
1/2 Cup Jicama, cooked
1/2 Cup Bell pepper, cooked
1 Tbsp Chives
1 Tsp Jalapeno jelly
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil and pork; let sear.

Now, add jicama, eggplant, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno jelly, and jalapeno. Let cook for two to three minutes.
