This Americanized Mediterranean steak recipe will become a family favorite in no time

In a sealable bag, mix together dressing, steak and bell peppers; refrigerate overnight prior to cooking. In a hot non-stick pan, add marinade with steak and peppers. Make sure that the steak is flat on the pan and that the peppers are surrounding it; let sear. Do not stir too much. Flip steak and add garlic and chili pepper, reduce heat to medium, cover and let cook until steak is medium rare (or desired cooking). Add spinach; don’t stir, let cook. Serve on a plate with pickles sprinkled on top.

1 Cup Bell peppers, diced
2 Oz Honey dijon dressing
1 Garlic clove, thinly sliced
1 Cup Spinach
2 Tbsp Dill pickles, chopped
1 Chili pepper, whole
7 Oz Beef flank steak
