INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Chicken, grounded
1 Cup Asparagus, blanched
1 Cup Vegetable sauce
1 Bag Shirataki angel hair noodles
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Cumin pepper
1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 Cup Celery, diced
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a medium sized bowl, mix together chicken, cumin pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and celery.

In a hot non-stick pan, add oil and meatballs.

When the meatballs are thoroughly cooked, add vegetable sauce, asparagus and noodles; let simmer for approximately one minute.

Ready to serve!
