With a fresh-from-the-garden taste, you won't believe how healthy they are

Preheat oven to 375°F, in a medium sized bowl, mix together ground beef, turkey, egg, spinach, mushrooms, parsley, garlic, oregano and fennel; make small sized meatballs. In a hot non-stick pan with grape seed oil, add meatballs; let sear. Now, place meatballs on a baking sheet and place in the oven; let cook. In the same hot non-stick pan, add green onions and red pepper; let cook. Lastly, add apple cider vinegar to deglaze the pan. Ready to serve!

3 1/2 Oz Ground beef
3 1/2 Oz Ground turkey
1 Egg white, lightly beaten
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 Cup Red bell peppers, diced
1/2 Cup Spinach, chopped
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 Cup Green onions, chopped
1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Tsp Oregano, chopped
