INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Chicken, marinated in soy sauce
1 Oz Chicken stock
1 Oz Soy sauce
1 Garlic
1 Cup Cauliflower, blanched
1/2 Cup Bok choi, blanched
1/2 Cup King oyster mushrooms, sliced
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil
1 Tbsp Lime juice

DIRECTIONS

Ahead of time, marinate your low-fat chicken in soy sauce.

Heat up a non-stick pan with grape seed oil and add the chicken, allowing it to sear for a few minutes.

Next, toss in your king oyster mushrooms, making sure to season them with a pinch of sea salt. Top with soy sauce and chicken stock, and mix the contents of the pan together gently.

Add in your blanched bok choi and cauliflower, and let everything cook until done, making sure to finish with a dash of lime juice.
