INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Beef flank steak, thinly sliced
1 Cup Bok choi, blanched
1 Cup Mushrooms
2 Oz Italian Dressing
2 Garlic clove, thinly sliced

Place a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add your steak and sear it on both sides.
