1 Cup Jicama, Cut in strips
1 Cup Bell pepper, Cut into rings
1 Cup Celery root, Diced
1 Cup Zucchini Noodles
1 Jalapeno pepper, Chopped
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Sea salt & pepper, To taste
Cilantro, Topping
