Who doesn't love a good veggie pizza party?
Although pizza is one of the best creations ever made, it is not ideal for someone on a diet. Not to worry! Our Low-Carb Veggie Pizza recipe has come to your rescue. Top your pizza with fresh broccoli, tomatoes, and bell peppers, and take a bite into the crispy golden brown cauliflower crust. Veggie Pizza has never tasted better! Don’t worry about packing on the carbs or missing out on any more pizza parties!
3 Cups Cauliflower, riced
1/4 Cup Parmesan, shredded
1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
1/4 Tsp Sea salt
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1/2 Tsp Basil, minced
1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Cup Bell peppers, diced
1/2 Cup Brocoli
1/2 Cup Tomato, diced
Preheat your oven to 500°F. Cut cauliflower into florets and add to a food processor. Pulse cauliflower until it’s consistency is rice-like. Add cauliflower-rice to a separate bowl.
Leave the bowl of rice uncovered and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Let cool for another 4-5 minutes. Once cooled, drain out as much liquid as you can by transferring it into a kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze.
In a large bowl, add cauliflower, garlic, cheese, egg, and seasonings. Keep stirring until you get a dough-like consistency from mixture. On a lightly greased parchment paper or pizza pan, spread dough evenly to form your pizza crust.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crust is golden and crispy.
Remove crust from oven and spread pizza sauce over it evenly. Top with chopped veggies and cheese.
Bake pizza for another 10 minutes.
