Top your pizza with fresh broccoli, tomatoes, and bell peppers, and take a bite into the crispy golden brown cauliflower crust. Veggie Pizza has never tasted better! Preheat oven to 500°F. Remove the stems from the cauliflower and cut into chunks. Place the cauliflower into a food processor and pulse it until it's a rice-like consistency.
Microwave the riced cauliflower uncovered for 4 to 5 minutes on high. Remove it from the microwave and let it cool for 4 to 5 minutes. After the cauliflower is cooled, transfer it to a kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Combine the cooked cauliflower with the egg, garlic, cheese, and seasonings. Stir until it reaches a doughy texture. Spread the cauliflower dough out on a lightly greased parchment paper or a pizza pan, and form into a pizza crust.
Bake the crust for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
After the crust is golden, remove it from the oven and top with pizza sauce, cheese, and the chopped veggies.
Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
