3 Cups Cauliflower, riced
1/4 Cup Parmesan, shredded
1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
1 Egg
1/4 Tsp Sea salt
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1/2 Tsp Basil, minced
1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 Cup Spaghizza Marinara Sauce, low-fat low-carb
1 Cup Bell peppers, diced
1/2 Cup Brocoli
1/2 Cup Tomato, diced

Rice the cauliflower in a blender, using a pulse setting to get the right consistency.

step #1

Preheat your oven to 500°F. Cut cauliflower into florets and add to a food processor. Pulse cauliflower until it’s consistency is rice-like. Add cauliflower-rice to a separate bowl.
Microwave cauliflower, let it cool, and squeeze as much liquid as possible.

step #2

Leave the bowl of rice uncovered and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Let cool for another 4-5 minutes. Once cooled, drain out as much liquid as you can by transferring it into a kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze.
Mix in egg, garlic, cheese, and seasonings with cauliflower.

step #3

In a large bowl, add cauliflower, garlic, cheese, egg, and seasonings. Keep stirring until you get a dough-like consistency from mixture. On a lightly greased parchment paper or pizza pan, spread dough evenly to form your pizza crust.
Back dough until golden.

step #4

Bake for 10-15 minutes until crust is golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and top with pizza sauce, cheese, and the chopped veggies.

step #5

Remove crust from oven and spread pizza sauce over it evenly. Top with chopped veggies and cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.

step #6

Bake pizza for another 10 minutes.
Ready to serve!

Did you know?

Made from dehydrated onions, onion powder has an intense taste. This ingredient contains potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure levels, as well as magnesium that contributes to bone health and muscle function. For a healthy diet, use onion powder as a substitute for salt when cooking.
