INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Chicken, cubed
1 Cup Celery, chopped
1 Cup Tomatoes, diced
1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional)
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Cup Chicken stock
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped
1/4 Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

Place a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add your grape seed oil.

Once the oil is hot, add your chicken and sear it.

Once the chicken is seared, add your celery, jalapeño, garlic, oregano, cumin, and chicken broth. Bring everything to a boil.

Once your chicken soup has boiled, add your tomatoes, cilantro, and lime.

Ready to serve!
