INGREDIENTS

7 Oz Pork, thinly sliced
1 Cup Zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Yellow zucchini, sliced spaghetti style
1/2 Cup Tomato, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Smoked sea salt
1/2 Tbsp Chives
1/4 Tsp Grape seed oil

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, mix together pork, paprika, and sea salt; let marinate for 15 minutes.

In a hot, non-stick pan, add grape seed oil and pork; let sear.

In another hot non-stick pan, add zucchini, tomatoes, and chives.

Let everything cook for two to three minutes, and be careful that you do not overcook the pork!

Ready to serve!
