INGREDIENTS

8 Oz Chicken breast, Boneless skinless, cut horizontally
1/2 Tsp Sea salt & pepper, To taste
2 Tsp Lemon pepper, Seasoning
2 Cup Asparagus, Chopped
1 Lemon, Sliced
Fresh parsley, Topping

DIRECTIONS

Slice chicken breast in a horizontal direction as to make 2 thin pieces then season with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium then sauté chicken for 2-3 minutes on both sides until they are golden brown. Season each side with lemon pepper. Once chicken is cooked through and golden brown, transfer to a separate plate.

Sauté asparagus in pan with chicken until it is tender and crispy then remove from pan and set aside.

Cook lemon slices in pan for a couple of minutes on each side until they deglaze the pan and caramelize. Do not stir.

Serve chicken on top of asparagus and garnish with caramelized lemon slices.

Ready to serve!
