INGREDIENTS

1 Handful Sweet Kale Salad Mix
1 Handful Kale Slaw
8 Oz Cooked King Salmon
1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
1 Cup blueberries
2 Tbsp Cranberries

Dressing

1/4 Cup almond milk, Regular Almond Breeze
3 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tsp White Vinegar
2 Tsp Poppy Seeds
1/2 Tsp Onion powder

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven 375F. Season the salmon with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake the salmon for 15 minutes in a baking sheet. Meanwhile in a small bowl, add all the dressing ingredients.

Whisk all the ingredients well.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the salad ingredients together.

Top the salad mix with the salmon and drizzle the dressing.
