INGREDIENTS

2 Lb Lean ground beef
4 1/2 Cup Cabbage, shredded
2 Tbsp Onion, dried and minced
14 1/2 Oz Fire roasted diced tomatoes, see tips below
2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Garlic
3 Cup Beef stock, low sodium

DIRECTIONS

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown your ground beef.

While it’s browning, add minced onion and onion powder.

Once your beef is fully cooked, drain any fat.

Place browned ground beef mixture and stock in a soup pot or Dutch oven; add any remaining ingredients and stir to mix.

Bring soup to a boil, cover, and turn down your heat.

Let your cabbage roll soup recipe simmer 30 minutes and adjust seasoning to taste.
