Did you know?

Red bell peppers are an excellent source of carotenoids and vitamin C. Carotenoids are extremely potent antioxidants that can help fight off cancers and other diseases. They also contribute to better eye health. Vitamin C, meanwhile, is a much-needed nutrient for boosting the immune system, giving you a better chance at beating a tough cough or cold. The riper the pepper, the higher the vitamin C content – so look for bright, beautiful peppers if you’re hoping to beat the common cold!
