INGREDIENTS

2 Lb Lean ground beef
1 Cup Green peppers, diced
6 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp Olive oil
3 Tbsp Cumin powder, or to taste
1 1/2 Tbsp Chili powder, or to taste
28 Oz Tomatoes, diced
7 Oz Mild green chiles, chopped
1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced

DIRECTIONS

Heat a large skillet on medium high heat; add olive oil, garlic, mushrooms and green pepper.

Stir fry until lightly browned.

Add ground beef, brown; drain any fat.

Add the remaining ingredients, turn down heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Serve with toppings during maintenance, optional (sour cream, cheese and onions).
