Add a spicy spin to seafood with Jamaican jerk salmon!
6 Oz Fresh salmon, filet
1 Tbsp Jamaican Jerk Sauce, low fat low carb
2 Cup Mixed greens
1/4 Tsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400 °F
In an oven safe dish, place salmon.
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper and evenly spread on Jerk sauce; place in oven and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
Once salmon is cooked, place on a bed of mixed greens and sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice.
