Did you know?

Did you know that one serving of cauliflower can provide up to 77% of your daily dose of vitamin C? It’s true! It’s a great way to add a ton of nutrition to any meal, but many people simply dunk it in a pot of boiling water and call it a day. This is actually more likely to cook out the valuable phytonutrients contained in this veggie. Steaming cauliflower will let it loosen up without having to worry about losing all that nutritional value, making it a healthier option. Adding cauliflower to a shrimp fricassee is a great way to get a ton of nutrition alongside a great amount of protein with minimal fat, too!
