Did you know?

You might be wondering why we use grape seed oil in so many of our recipes. For starters, grape seed oil has a very high smoking point, which means it can be heated up to very high temperatures before it burns. This means it’s great for cooking at very high heats. It also has a fairly mellow flavor, which lets the flavors of the main ingredients remain at the forefront. This, coupled with the fact that the oil is great in dressings and sauces, makes grape seed oil a very versatile cooking tool.
