INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Sriracha
-32 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 Cup Fish sauce
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Chives, finely chopped
2 Tbsp red chilli paste, or to taste
2 Tbsp Lemon grass, finely minced
1 1/4 Lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes

DIRECTIONS

Add Sriracha sauce, oil, fish sauce, vinegar, red chilli paste, honey, lemon grass, chives, and garlic into a large mixing bowl and whisk together until combined. Add in chicken and coat evenly.

Cover your bowl and chill in the fridge for 4-8 hours. BBQ your skewers until cooked through, rotating each side.

For 3-4 servings of chicken, make 1¼ cup (310 mL) of marinade.
