2 Lb Mussels
1 Cup Zucchini, sliced
1 Cup Fennel, sliced
2 Tbsp Pickled ginger
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Chives, chopped

To steam your mussels, place them in a medium-sized pot with a lid. You won't be putting them on the heat just yet, though!
